	SU-3W Solvent Based Urethane Release System


	DESCRIPTION: SU-3W is a unique, copolymer release agent, specifically designed to release cast urethanes, including hard-to-release MDI types. Release is quick and clean with minimal mold build-up. SU-3W is equally effective with epoxies and polyesters.

	BENEFITS: Immediate release -- no cure time needed. Very low build-up -- cleaner molds. SU-3W has excellent affinity for molds surfaces. Contains no ozone-depleting chemicals.

	APPLICATION PROCEDURES: SU-3W can be applied by spray, brush, or wipe. Clean, rinse, and dry mold thoroughly. Apply one coat of SU-3W -- a thin, wet film is fine. If spraying SU-3W, use low air pressure due to fast evaporating time of solvent. Reapply SU-3W as needed.

	HANDLING: SU-3W is supplied in solvent solution -- no ozone-depleting chemicals. Use with adequate ventilation. Keep away from heat, sparks, or open flame. Avoid prolonged or repeated breathing of vapors. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact. Keep container closed when not in use.

	PACKAGING: SU-3W is supplied in 1 gallon, 5 gallon and 55 gallon containers.
