DESCRIPTION:
RR-5 Cold EF-1 is principally used as a release base coat. When applied to a clean, dry mold, it forms a smooth, continuous film with good adhesion to the mold surface. |

BENEFITS:
Use of RR-5 Cold EF-1 as a base coat for RR-5 Hot EF-1 significantly extends
the time between mold cleanings.
Reduces downtime and increases production.
Contains no ozone-depleting chemicals.

PROPERTIES:
RR-5 Cold EF-1 is for mold surfaces below 140°F at the time of application. |

|
|
APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
Clean, rinse, and dry mold thoroughly. Apply two coats of RR-5 Cold EF-1 by spray, brush, or wipe -- a thin, wet film is best. Let dry completely between coats. Cure RR-5 Cold EF-1 for 10 to 20 minutes at room temperature before putting mold in service. |

HANDLING:
RR-5 Cold EF-1 is supplied in a flammable solvent solution. Use with adequate ventilation. Keep away from heat, sparks, or open flame. Avoid prolonged or repeated breathing of vapors. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact. Consult MSDS for additional safety information. |

RR-5 Cold EF-1 is supplied in 1-gallon, 5-gallon, and 55-gallon containers. |
