DESCRIPTION:
XK-22 LV.5 is a unique, highly effective semi-permanent mold release, representing a significant step forward in release technology for the composite industry. It combines fast cure with outstanding chemical and abrasion resistance. It gives a smooth, continuous film with unmatched adhesion to the mold. |

PROPERTIES:
XK-22 LV.5 is available for coating mold surfaces below 100°F at the time of application. Releasomers can custom formulate any of our products to fit your requirements. |

|
APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
XK-22 LV.5 can be applied by spray, brush, or wipe. Clean, rinse, and dry mold thoroughly. Apply two (2) coats of XK-22 LV.5 -- a thin wet film is fine. Allow 5 minutes between coats. Let cure for a minimum of 60 minutes at room temperature - 15 minutes at 250°F or above. Reapply XK-22 LV.5 as needed -- allow a few minutes to cure, and continue molding. |

HANDLING:
XK-22 LV.5 is supplied in solvent solution. CAUTION: FLAMMABLE. Use with adequate ventilation. Keep away from heat, sparks, or open flame. Avoid prolonged or repeated breathing of vapors. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact. Keep closed when not in use. |
