DESCRIPTION:
RR 1381 WBA is a silicone polymer release emulsion that gives outstanding results for tire release applications. RR 1381 WBA helps reduce rust and corrosion in steel molds. |

PROPERTIES:
RR 1381 WBA is for application to mold surfaces above 212°F at the time of application. |

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
RR 1381 WBA can best be applied by using a fine mist spray. Clean, rinse, and dry mold thoroughly. Apply three light coats of RR 1381 WBA at molding temperature. Allow 5 minutes between coats. Repeat as needed, using one1 light coat, normally at break time. |

HANDLING:
RR 1381 WBA should be stored at temperatures below 90°F. Protect from freezing. |

PACKAGING:
RR 1381 WBA is available in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums, and 250-gallon totes. |
