RR 380 WB1 Semi-Permanent Release System

DESCRIPTION:
RR 380 WB1 is an advanced semi-permanent release based on silicone resin emulsion technology. RR 380 WB1 gives excellent results for the most difficult molding applications. Applied to a clean mold substrate, it forms a thin, smooth, highly durable film with good adhesion to the mold and provides long lasting, easy release of the molded part. RR 380 WB1 will release most thermosetting plastic and elastomers. (Not for silicone rubber applications). |

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
RR 380 WB1 can be applied by spray, brush, or wipe. The best method is a fine mist spray. Clean, rinse, and dry mold thoroughly. Apply two or three light coats of RR 380 WB1 at molding temperature using a fine mist applicator. Allow one minute between coats. Let it bake a short time at mold temperature -- one minute minimum (5-10 would maximize the number of releases). Repeat as needed, using one light coat. Allow 1-2 minutes to cure. |

HANDLING:
RR 380 WB1 should be stored at temperatures below 90°F. Protect from freezing. |
