DESCRIPTION:
RC-30 WB is a clean, effective fluorocarbon mold release agent developed for silicone rubber molding operations as well as most elastomers and thermoset plastic molding. Applied to a clean surface, the fluorocarbon adheres on contact, leaving a thin, translucent, dry film ready immediately as a mold release or low-speed, light-load lubricant. |

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
RC-30 WB can be applied by brush, spray, or wipe. Clean, rinse, and dry mold thoroughly. Stir or shake before and during application. Apply two light coats of RC-30 WB to mold surface above 212°F. Once applied, and water has evaporated, the film is dry and ready for use -- surface can be lightly polished if desired. RC-30 WB is chemically stable and can be applied safely to most substrates. |

HANDLING:
RC-30 WB is supplied in a water dispersion. Use with only adequate ventilation. Avoid prolonged or repeated breathing of vapors. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact. Keep container closed when not in use. Contains fluorocarbons. Avoid contaminating tobacco products.
