DESCRIPTION:
Release Coat 33 is a highly effective, semi-permanent mold release agent. When applied to a clean mold, it forms a smooth, continuous film with good adhesion to the mold surface. This film is highly abrasion resistant and gives easy and long lasting release. Release Coat 33 performs very well in rotational molding as well as PVC interior car parts. |

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
Release Coat 33 can be applied by spray, brush or wipe. Clean, rinse, and dry mold thoroughly. Apply one or two coats of Release Coat 33 -- a thin, wet film is fine. Let dry for five minutes between coats. Cure coating a minimum of 15 minutes at 300°F or higher. One hour would maximize the durability of the Release Coat 33. Reapply one coat as needed, cure at mold temperature per above, and continue molding. |
